So I went for my usual run this morning and I ran the first mile and walked the second like normal, the last mile and half I usually run/walk, but today I was able to run the whole thing. It was a huge accomplishment for me, I hope soon enough I will be able to run the whole 3.5 miles.
Then I did this workout,
and this work out,
and my 100 squats for day 9 of the 30 day squat challenge.
I’d love to here how other peoples work outs are going, and how they are getting ready for summer.

Someone please help me… all I really want is to lose 10 lbs and tone up. Is that too much to ask for? If anyone can tell me how they lost their last 10 that would be great.
Maybe there is something wrong with me, but I honestly don’t feel like I’m getting thinner. I feel as though clothing stores are making pant sizes bigger.
